Nothing too complicated, just a few simple steps so that we can get started with your training.

Introduction
Once you've signed up, you'll receive a welcome email from me with everything you need to get started. Inside, you'll find a few simple forms to complete, along with a link to book your online or in-person consultation. During this session, we'll discuss your goals, training experience, lifestyle, and any challenges you're currently facing so I can build a plan that's tailored specifically to you.

We get started
The next thing to do is to get started. Whether you have booked in for weekly sessions or you have chosen the online option, I'll be here every step of the way. Not just to keep you accountable but to offer continuous support and advice to remove any uncertainty and keep you on a forward path towards your goals.

We stay consistent
Whether you work with me for 6 weeks, 6 months or, at your own peril, even 6 years, my goal will always remain the same. I want to give you the confidence, knowledge and mindset to maintain your results long after we've finished working together.
