I started my fitness journey when I was just 16 years old after spending most of my teenage years being half a foot shorter and over 30kg lighter than everyone else in my school year. From a young age, I’d always had a passion for sport and exercise, playing football, cricket, boxing and Muay Thai.

When I started sixth form, I was finally old enough to use the gym at my school, and I quickly fell in love with building muscle and getting stronger. Within my first 12 months, I’d gained over 10kg and, for the first time in my life, people were complimenting my physique. After years of being the skinny lad whose mates would squeeze his arms and take the mick, that transformation completely changed my confidence and sparked a real passion for fitness.

Once you've signed up, you'll receive a welcome email from me with everything you need to get started. Inside, you'll find a few simple forms to complete, along with a link to book your online or in-person consultation. During this session, we'll discuss your goals, training experience, lifestyle, and any challenges you're currently facing so I can build a plan that's tailored specifically to you.

Once i've got to know a little more about you and your goals, I can begin to work on putting a plan together which works with you and not against you. Ill take into account different factors such as your lifestyle, likes and dislikes and any potential barriers that may be holding you back.

The next thing to do is to get started. Whether you have booked in for weekly sessions or you have chosen the online option, I'll be here every step of the way. Not just to keep you accountable but to offer continuous support and advice to remove any uncertainty and keep you on a forward path towards your goals.

Whether you work with me for 6 weeks, 6 months or, at your own peril, even 6 years, my goal will always remain the same. I want to give you the confidence, knowledge and mindset to maintain your results long after we've finished working together.
